Stephanie Coward

Stephanie Coward is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in software and services management. Currently serving as Managing Director and formerly as Professional Services Director at IRIS Software Group since April 2021, Stephanie has held significant leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Capita Software from October 2018 to April 2021. Previous positions at Capita from January 2004 to August 2016 involved responsibilities as Partnership Director and Service Delivery Director, focusing on strategic partnerships with Southampton City Council and Swindon Borough Council. Stephanie began a career at Fujitsu in the UK and Ireland from 1995 to 2002, taking on various account management roles, including Sales Manager for the Defence Business. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Science from Alliance Manchester Business School, earned between 1989 and 1992.
