Brian Schmittdiel

Brian Schmittdiel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and security management. Currently serving as the Sales Director for Irisity, focusing on AI-driven video analytics sales in the Central US region, Brian also co-founded and owns Founders Cigar Company, a veteran-owned brand dedicated to community building around cigars. As Co-Founder and VP of Sales & Operations at Apex Development Group, Brian drives growth for various clients through strategic business development. Brian's military service as a Technical Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve includes protecting resources and leading security efforts. Previously, Brian held leadership positions at High Performance Firearms LLC, where sales doubled under his management, and Milestone Systems, overseeing a team responsible for education and consulting services for the security and IT sectors. Brian holds a B.A. in Security Management and has completed coursework in Business Administration and Criminal Justice.
