Joel Lindeman

Joel Lindeman is a seasoned leader in the defense and technology sectors, currently serving as a CX Executive at Iron Bow Technologies since October 2022. Previously, Joel held notable positions in the United States Department of the Army as Division Chief for DCS G8, Force Development, and as Director of Materiel from August 2020 to July 2022. Joel's extensive experience includes a tenure at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as Commander, overseeing operations and maintenance of a $9 billion DoD network in Europe and Africa, and as Chief of Staff managing a global organization. Additional roles within the US Army highlight leadership as Director of Operations for the 93rd Signal Brigade and Battalion Commander of a Strategic Theater Signal Battalion near Kuwait City. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School and a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Sciences from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, along with a Bachelor's degree in History from Penn State University.
