Vickie Chatzistrati

Vickie Chatzistrati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation consulting and client training. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Engineer (Implementation Consultant) at Ironclad since July 2025, Vickie previously held various roles at Emburse from July 2021 to July 2025, advancing through positions including Senior Implementation Consultant and Implementation Specialist II. Prior to Emburse, Vickie worked at SHL from November 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading SaaS implementation and onboarding cycles, coaching team members, and designing training programs. Vickie's career began at One Manchester as an Employment Advisor and included a role at Vodafone as a Life Cycle Management Specialist. Vickie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Alliance Manchester Business School and has educational experience in Sociology and Social Sciences from Universität Siegen and Panteion Panepestimion Ikonomikon kai Politicon Epistimon, respectively.
