Ling Chen

Ling Chen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across various engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at PayPal since May 2024, Ling also holds a position as a Software Engineer at IronNet, where responsibilities include containerizing systems and automating infrastructure. Previous experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at KKStream Limited, standardizing architectures and enhancing productivity, and managing the Owlnest product at OwlTing Group, achieving significant customer growth. Ling has also been a founder of MINEBOOK and held engineering management positions at Athentek Inc. and CyberLink, where notable contributions include architecture design and successful product launches. Ling holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University.
