Jimmy D. Polanco

Jimmy D. Polanco, PMP, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Program Management & Supply Chain at Ironshore Pharmaceuticals Inc., where responsibilities include spearheading project programs to enhance new product launch and commercialization capabilities, along with managing controlled drugs supply chains. Previously held positions include Director of New Product Launches at G&W Laboratories, where development of the Project Management Office and project execution improvement were key focus areas. At Alvogen, as Associate Director of Project Management, Jimmy led the North America project portfolio from product selection to launch. Earlier experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, CorePharma LLC, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson (Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals), encompassing project management and supply chain responsibilities across various pharmaceutical sectors. Jimmy holds an Executive MBA from Baruch College and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from The City College of New York.
