Vladimir Rauta

Vladimir Rauta is an Associate Professor of International Security at the University of Reading and also serves as the Director of the Proxies and Partners Special Project at Irregular Warfare Initiative. Vladimir holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in International Relations from the University of Nottingham, along with a MA in International Relations with a Research Track from the same university. Prior to this, Vladimir completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Politics from Nottingham Trent University.
