Mitchell Deane started their career at BlueScope from 2015 to 2018, where Mitchell was actively involved in incident response, Cognos report enhancements, Salesforce administration, and managing IT incidents. Later on, Mitchell joined IRT Group in 2019 as a Data Analyst, working on advanced analytics and machine learning projects. Currently, Mitchell holds the position of Manager - Data & Analytics at IRT Group, overseeing data engineering projects and fostering innovation within the Data & Analytics department. Throughout their career, Mitchell has utilized various technologies such as Snowflake, Power BI, Python, and Docker to streamline processes and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
