Matt Rauch

Matt Rauch is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the IT and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an IT Recruiter at Irvine Technology Corp. since May 2002, Matt provides recruitment services to the local IT community in Southern California. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Sr. Recruiter at CyberCoders from April 2001 to April 2002, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment and client management for IT and engineering positions. Matt's career began at Telecore, where starting as an IT Recruiter, a promotion to Director of Recruiting occurred in 1999, overseeing a team of up to 12 recruiters across multiple locations. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine between 1993 and 1995.
