Marina Toledo

Marina Toledo serves as the People Manager and HRBP of Talent Acquisition at isaac since November 2023, overseeing HRBP teams for Activesoft and ClassApp, with a focus on integrating practices across companies within the Arco Educação Group. Marina's prior experience includes management roles at StartSe, where responsibilities encompassed People strategies, recruitment aligned with corporate culture, and internal communication initiatives, as well as strategic development in performance analysis and employee experience. Earlier positions include roles in employer branding and recruitment management at Construtora Tenda, Matchbox Brasil, and BRF, alongside an academic background in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and various extension courses in leadership and artificial intelligence, currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
