Paulo Schilling is an experienced software engineering manager with a strong background in leading development teams and connecting business needs with technical implementations. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at isaac since May 2022, Paulo previously held similar roles at VTEX from June 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing various teams focused on payment services and logistics.
