Susie Bosch

Susie Bosch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Isagenix since August 2015, Susie oversees various aspects of employee benefits and compensation strategies. Prior to this role, Susie held the position of Vice President, People Services at Rural/Metro Corporation, where responsibilities included managing health and welfare plans and talent acquisition, among other HR functions. Susie's background also includes consulting as an Independent Contractor at TLMP Consulting and various progressive roles at KB Home, where leadership spanned benefits administration, HRIS, and payroll management.
