Marlow Holland Martins

Marlow Holland Martins is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in aerospace and product development. Currently serving as Lead Engineer for Structural Testing at Isar Aerospace since September 2020, Marlow has previously held roles that include Structural Test Engineer and Advanced Consultant at Altran, specializing in aerospace consulting for commercial aircraft NVH tests and modelling. Marlow's tenure at Embraer from July 2015 to March 2020 involved managing certification test campaigns and overseeing various structural and acoustic testing processes. Earlier experience as a Product Development Engineer at SELAZ focused on the design and certification of a new family of orthopedic devices. Marlow holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from UFSCar and a specialization in Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
