Paolo Aime

Paolo Aime is a skilled aerospace engineer with extensive experience in flight safety and mission analysis. Currently serving as a Flight Safety Engineer at Isar Aerospace since April 2022, Paolo previously held the position of Mission Engineer - Flight Mechanics at AVIO, where responsibilities included launch vehicle trajectory design and algorithms development for mission analysis. Additional experience includes working as a Mission Analysis Engineer at ORTEC Italia, conducting a master thesis project at CUNY New York City College of Technology focused on nuclear fusion propulsion systems, and serving as a System Engineer during a space mission design course at Politecnico di Torino. Leadership skills were demonstrated as President of AESA Torino, while an internship at Thales Alenia Space provided exposure to Concurrent Engineering. Paolo holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
