Larry Shing Kwok Choi

Larry Shing Kwok Choi has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Larry Shing Kwok served as the Deputy Chairman at ComfortDelGro starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chairman of SP Services Ltd since July 2020. Earlier, they held positions at ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute (ISEAS) as the Director & CEO and Director & ExCo Chairman. Larry Shing Kwok also served as a Non-Executive Director at SP Group from July 2006 to July 2020. Additionally, Larry Shing Kwok Choi was the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of the Environment & Water Resources from July 2012 to September 2017, and at the Ministry of Transport, Singapore from March 2005 to June 2012.

Larry Shing Kwok Choi completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Harvard University in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Master of Arts (MA) degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge from 1978 to 1981.
