Sophie Mitchell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple industries, including FMCG, Services, Construction, Retail, and Pharmaceutical. Currently serving as the Community Wellbeing & Engagement Manager and Head of Human Resources at iSelect since January 2016, Sophie has previously held positions such as HR Consultant at SMC HR Consulting, Manager HR Business Partners at DownerTenix, and National Human Resources Manager at General Mills (Australia). With expertise in organizational change, people and culture management, and the development of HR strategies, Sophie has contributed significantly to building high-performance cultures and enhancing HR capabilities throughout her career. Sophie obtained a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
