Meredith Bilow

Meredith Bilow serves as the Director of Organizational Change Management at ISG, specializing in enhancing end user adoption and facilitating business transformations through comprehensive communication, training, and change management strategies across both domestic and global projects. Prior to this role, Meredith held the position of Sr Vice President at TracePoint Consulting, overseeing Organizational Change Management and operational training for various sectors, including a significant ERP implementation for the Centers for Disease Control. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Organizational Development at Stiefel, a GSK company, where Meredith supported cultural transitions during acquisitions. With a long history at Stiefel Laboratories, key contributions included leading ERP implementations and change management efforts. Meredith holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
