Jim Riley is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in banking and financial management. Currently serving as SVP and Financial Manager at First United Bank since September 2024, Jim provides strategic guidance to the Community Bank leadership team while overseeing daily business and finance operations. As an Advisory Board Member at iShift, Jim contributes to enhancing IT services and infrastructure solutions. Jim previously held senior roles at Wells Fargo from 2005 to 2023, including SVP of Finance for Small Business Banking, where effective financial planning and analysis facilitated strategic partnerships across various teams. Early career experience includes a Director position at Visa, focusing on financial planning and oversight of revenue streams. Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.
