Valeriy Khvan

Valeriy Khvan is an experienced project coordinator and deputy engineering manager at ISKER Group since December 2016, focusing on the Future Growth project, where responsibilities include coordinating the Engineering Department’s internal operations and liaising with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles at Samsung Engineering as a project engineer for the Balkhash Thermal Power Plant, overseeing subcontractor projects and developing technical concepts, and at KazAirProject design institute as chief project engineer, managing multiple departments and engaging with subcontractors and government entities. Additional project management experience was gained at Building Solutions Kazakhstan and extensive process engineering experience at Kazakhstan-China Pipeline, where Valeriy contributed to design development and EPC contract execution. Valeriy holds a bachelor's degree in Oil and Gas from Satbayev University, completed in 2008.
