Maks Prokop

Maks Prokop has extensive experience in legal, compliance, and human resources roles, currently serving as Managing Director at Holosys d.o.o. since July 2023 and holding multiple executive positions at Iskraemeco since June 2007, including Executive Board Member, Global Director for Legal and Compliance, and Global HR Director. Prior to this, Maks worked as a lawyer at the Slovenian Environmental Public Fund from June 2003 to May 2007, focusing on securing loans, reviewing contracts, and advising the General Counsel. Maks holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana and has completed various executive training programs at IESE Business School.
