The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (“GSC”) is an independent statutory board established in 1962. The GSC is responsible for the governance of all gambling activities on the Isle of Man and is one of the leading international regulators in remote gambling.

The regulatory objectives, in relation to the Commission’s functions relating to gambling, are:
To ensure that gambling is conducted in a fair and open way;
To protect children and other vulnerable persons from being harmed or exploited by gambling; and
To prevent gambling from being a source of crime or disorder, associated with crime or disorder, or used to support crime.
