Dalton Minger

Dalton Minger is a Full Stack Developer at ISM Services, Inc. since July 2020, with prior experience as a Computer Systems Validation Student Worker at Mylan, where responsibilities included preparing inspection materials and maintaining manufacturing systems. Minger began in the tech field as a Computer Systems Validation Intern, supporting the transition to Electronic Batch Records. Academic contributions as a Teaching Assistant at West Virginia University involved tutoring and overseeing exams for over 600 students. Additional roles included mentoring high school students as a Resident Assistant at the Governors’ Honors Academy and guiding customers in professional whitewater rafting. Dalton Minger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from West Virginia University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering at the same institution.
