Michael Kropaczek, PMP, CSM has worked in the technology sector for over a decade. Michael began their career in 2009 as a Software Integration Intern at Boeing. In 2010, they moved to Alion Science and Technology as a Software Design Engineer. In 2014, they returned to ISM Services, Inc. as a Software Systems Engineer. In 2018, they joined JLL Technology Solutions (formerly BRG) as an IWMS Consultant. Currently, they are employed at ISM Services, Inc. as a Project Manager and ARCHIBUS Application Engineer.
Michael Kropaczek, PMP, CSM completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Signal Processing, and Physics from George Mason University between 2009 and 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Technology Project Management from the American Public University System. Michael obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022, their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2021, their IBM Certified Application Development - TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 certification from IBM in August 2019, and their Security+ certification from CompTIA in May 2017.
