Mr. Rahul Kirloskar has been associated with the Kirloskar group for more than 3 decades. In 1993, he was appointed as Managing Director of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. and in 1998 as its Chairman. From 2001 to 2012, he was Director of Exports for Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. He founded Kirloskar Chillers Pvt. Ltd. and has also been the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Pune, Council as well as Maharashtra State CII Council and is also Vice Chairman of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd.

ISMT Limited is an India-based company engaged in the business of manufacturing steel and seamless hallows and tubes and tubular products for the bearing, automotive, mining, general engineering, energy and high value Oil country tubular goods (OCTG) sectors. The Company's segments include Seamless Tube, Steel and Unallocable. Structo group is considered as Seamless Tube segment and Tridem group is considered under Unallocable segment. It produces both hot-finished, as well as cold-finished seamless tubes ranging from an outside diameter of 6 millimeters to 273 millimeters. It produces carbon, alloy and martensitic stainless steel bars with an emphasis on ultra-clean steels, free machining steels, bearing steels and on other specially engineered steel grades. Its tubes are used in a range of applications, such as the manufacture of auto-components, bearing races, OCTG products, drill rods, boilers and heat-exchangers.
