Ames Spear

Ames Spear has a diverse work experience starting with Panasonic Electric Works Corp. of America, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Manager. They were responsible for building an analytical laboratory and ensuring product quality. They then joined Isola Group as a Global Account Manager, where they focused on maintaining client satisfaction and increasing sales. They were later promoted to Director of Sales.

Ames Spear received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Oregon and the University of Portland between the years 1991 and 1995. In 2007, they attended the University of Portland and pursued studies in Computer Engineering, but did not complete a degree.
