Shailesh Mohan

Shailesh Mohan holds significant experience in leadership positions across notable companies. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President at iSON Xperiences Ltd since January 2020, Shailesh has previously held the role of Vice President and Group Delivery Head at Tech Mahindra from February 2018 to May 2019. Prior experience includes serving as COO and Senior Vice President at iSON BPO from March 2012 to February 2018, and Vice President of Customer Service Operations at Firstsource Solutions Limited from October 2008 to February 2012. Additionally, Shailesh was General Manager Operations at both Spice Televenture and Firstsource Solutions Limited. Educational qualifications include a Business Leadership Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Com from Delhi University.
