Charla Rodney

Charla leads the Human Resources Team at Isovalent and comes to us with a background and passion for building and scaling startups for the past 17 years. She has successfully scaled several companies through hyper growth, successful exits as well as remaining an advisor to key stakeholders thereafter. Charla also leads the Talent Acquisition team focused on finding the best employees to join the Isovalent team. In her spare time, Charla enjoys scuba diving, stand up paddle boarding, and being outdoors as much as possible. Also an avid music collector, Charla spends a lot of time seeing live music around the Bay Area and beyond.
