Mike Auton

Mike Auton is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting sales and senior-level positions, particularly within the data and analytics sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at iSpot.tv since February 2024, Mike oversees all sales hiring across the US. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director at Mayfield Direct Search from November 2011 to February 2024, where the focus was on recruiting for lesser-known companies.
