Ashish Dongre has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashish currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Isprava, where they lead operations and P&L for the fast-growing real estate company, focusing on tech usage for scalability. Prior to this, Ashish was the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Brookfield Asset Management, where they managed and optimized the portfolio for a 1000 Cr 12 hotels business. Ashish also worked at GVK MIAL as AVP-Operations, Strategy, and Real Estate, leading real estate deals and business development, including a significant private equity deal for Mumbai Airport Stake. Ashish founded and served as the author of PAM BOOKS, a DIY project aimed at revolutionizing the kids' segment of storybooks. Ashish also held roles at GVK, Hindalco Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Science & Technology Company Ltd, and Birla Copper, where they gained experience in business strategy, capital expenditure management, project management, and operations. Ashish completed their MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2012.
Ashish Dongre has an MBA degree in Strategy & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Ashish also has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University of Baroda, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Zenith High School and obtained various degrees, including Baroda S.S., H.S., B.E., M.S. University, and B.E., with a specialization in Metallurgy. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in PMP and Aviation Technology from PMI and Aviation Institute.
