Dr. Sanjay Vaghamshi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dr Sanjay currently holds the position of Head of Operations & Procurement at Isprava, a role they started in May 2022. Additionally, they serve as the VP - Special Projects (Founders' Office) at Isprava since October 2021.
Prior to their current role, Dr. Vaghamshi worked at udaan.com from 2019 to 2021, where they held roles in Food Operations in Mumbai and Gujarat. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager - International Marketing at SHAKTIMAN (Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd.) from December 2016 to April 2019.
Dr. Vaghamshi also co-founded Poptailor.com in 2016 and worked as a Co-Founder for the company for the entirety of that year. In 2015, they held the position of AVP (Hub Head - Gujarat) at OYO Rooms, where they were responsible for supply building, business development, operations, customer experience, and demand in the state.
Furthermore, Dr. Vaghamshi worked at SHAKTIMAN (Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd.) as a Manager - Sales & Marketing from January 2014 to August 2015. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at Coromandel International Limited, where they held various roles including Deputy Manager in Supply Chain and Imported Fertilizer from May 2013 to December 2013, as well as Management Trainee in Imports and Supply Chain from May 2012 to May 2013.
In 2011, Dr. Vaghamshi interned at Excel Cropcare for a summer internship. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in operations, procurement, marketing, and supply chain management across different industries.
Dr. Sanjay Vaghamshi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their degree in Medicine at Saurashtra University, Rajkot from 2004 to 2010. Their earlier education was at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Porbandar, from 1997 to 2004.
