Neha Alghare is an experienced engineering professional specializing in electrical design and MEP contracts. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of MEP Contracts at Isprava since January 2025, Neha previously worked with NY Engineers as an Electrical Engineer and held roles at LIVIO Building Systems as a Senior MEP Engineer and at Technodeal Enerpower as an MEP Engineer. Neha's experience includes procurement, vendor relationship management, and designing electrical systems for various commercial and industrial projects, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Neha began their career as a Trainee Engineer at A & S Associates, contributing to the development of floor plans and project schedules. Neha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Research and has completed an Electrical Design and Drafting course at Dhanush Engineering Services.
