Vaibhav R has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in various roles and companies. Vaibhav currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Isprava since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Pixis from 2022 to 2023, where they implemented standardized procedures for hiring and reduced vendor dependence, resulting in significant cost reduction. Vaibhav also worked as the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition (Global Hiring Lead) at CleverTap from 2020 to 2022, where they played a key role in scaling the company and implementing new hiring processes. Before that, they worked at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition (Head TA) from 2017 to 2020, where they set up the talent acquisition department and made significant improvements in vendor cost, employee churn, and referral rates. Vaibhav also has experience at Proactive Corporate Services Pvt Ltd and Potentia Growth Services Pvt Ltd, where they held various recruitment and HR roles.
Vaibhav R has completed a MIM degree in IT from the Welingkar Institute of Management, a PG DMS degree in General Management from Mulund Collage of Commerce, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
