Emma Hesson currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Partner at ISPT since October 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held multiple positions at icare NSW, including Head of HR and People and Performance Partner from October 2020 to October 2023. Emma’s experience also includes working as a People Partner at Transport for NSW, an HR OD Specialist at nbn™ Australia, and a Senior HR Business Partner at QBE Insurance, where responsibilities involved collaborating with leadership to enhance people engagement strategies and implementing HR processes across various functions. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in Human Resources and Marketing from Macquarie University, completed in 2011, and also attended Marist Sisters College, Woolwich from 2001 to 2006.
