Grainne Kearns has had a distinguished career in the field of technology and information management. Grainne currently holds the position of Chief Technology Data & Optimization Officer at ISPT, where they lead the Technology, Data, Optimization and Information Security Strategy. In this role, Grainne is responsible for implementing strategies that leverage PropTech to improve business operations, customer experience, ESG outcomes, and support business growth. Grainne has also established data & analytics, cyber security, and innovation functions at ISPT.
Prior to joining ISPT, Grainne served as the Chief Information Officer at Lion, a global FMCG company. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the Technology function and established an innovation capability through strategic partnerships with global technology organizations. Before joining Lion, Grainne held the position of Jetstar Group Chief Information Officer at Jetstar Airways.
Grainne has also worked at Telstra, where they served as the Telstra Transition Director. In this role, they designed and established an Internal Consulting function, focusing on post-acquisition integration, business insights, change management, and enabling methodologies. Grainne provided consulting services to the Telstra group and led the integration of acquired organizations into the Telstra organization.
Earlier in their career, Grainne held senior roles at Sensis, including Chief Information Officer, Director of Transformation Program, and GM Infrastructure and Operations. Grainne also worked at Testra Corp as Manager of Capacity & Performance Tuning and at CPT Global as a Consultant.
Throughout their career, Grainne Kearns has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive technology and information management transformations.
Grainne Kearns has a BCS degree from Technological University Dublin, a GMP degree from Harvard Business School, and an ACP Dip degree from Trinity College Dublin.
