Michael Nguyen is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Capital Transactions Manager at ISPT since July 2016. Previously, Michael held the position of Valuations Manager for Retail at Stockland from June 2015 to June 2016, and served as Associate Director of Valuations at Savills Australia & New Zealand from February 2009 to May 2015. Michael began a career in the industry at Savills Australia & New Zealand as a graduate in their program from February to November 2008. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional (2022-2023), and dual degrees in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne (2005-2010), following the completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education at Melbourne High School (2003-2004).
