Ronen Paz

Ronen Paz is a seasoned professional in business development and corporate strategy with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of M&A and Corporate Business Development at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since 2016, Ronen is also a Board Member at CyViation since September 2021. Previous positions include COO, VP Marketing & Business Development at RTC-Vision Ltd. (2010-2015) and Co-Founder and BD lead at SoftWheel (2009-2012), where Ronen guided the company from inception to its entry into the Rad BioMed Accelerator. Additional experience encompasses VP Sales, Marketing & Business Development at ForexManage (2007-2009), multiple leadership roles at Comverse Technology, Inc. (2000-2007), CFO at Netline Communications Technologies (1999-2000), Attorney in Law at Leshem Brandwein and Co (1997-1999), and Assistant to Senior Vice President at Israel Discount Bank (1995-1997). Ronen holds an MBA and LLB, graduating Cum Laude from Bar-Ilan University, and also studied at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
