Ella Chertok Harcabi

Ella Chertok Harcabi serves as the Global Head of Ethics and Regional Head of Compliance for Israel, India, and Africa at ICL Group since February 2022, leading the company's global ethics strategy and overseeing compliance activities in complex regulatory environments. In addition, Ella holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at IDC Herzliya's Law School, teaching "Global Compliance" since January 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer at MSD, where responsibilities encompassed advising management and establishing a compliance program, and working as an Associate at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., where Ella initiated and managed a Consumer Protection Compliance Department. Ella co-founded Mobee Cellular Technologies Ltd., which developed cellular phones for children, and worked as an Associate at Arie Neiger Law Office, specializing in environmental law. Educational qualifications include an EMBA and an LL.B from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
