Michelle Baugh

Michelle Baugh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and contract management, currently serving as a Legal Operations and Contracts Manager at ICL Group since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Legal Department Specialist at Save-A-Lot and as a Legal Administrative Specialist at Husch Blackwell, gaining expertise in real estate development, banking, and finance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant at Baird Lightner Millsap, P.C., focusing on family law, domestic issues, litigation, and estate planning. Michelle earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Ozarks Technical Community College and furthered education at Drury University from 2018 to 2020.
