Emily K.

Emily K. has a diverse range of work experience. Emily started their professional career at Hasbara Fellowships in July 2020, where they served as a Hasbara Fellow, promoting a positive image of Israel. In August 2020, they also joined the Arizona State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as a Research Assistant, working on projects related to anxiety prevention in children.

In July 2020, Emily became a Digital Marketing Intern at ISRAEL21c, where they gained experience in social media and marketing strategies. Emily continued their involvement with ISRAEL21c and joined as a Program Manager in May 2022. In this role, they developed and executed a comprehensive program plan, managed a team of student ambassadors, and implemented unique projects that resulted in increased engagement on social media platforms.

Emily also gained valuable experience as a Design Student at Designlab from October 2021 to September 2022. During this time, they completed a rigorous UX Design bootcamp, collaborated with an experienced mentor, and successfully delivered various design projects.

In addition to their professional experiences, Emily actively engaged in different organizations and served in leadership positions. Emily co-founded and served as the Co-President of the Jewish Cultural Coalition at ASU from August 2020 to August 2021. Emily also interned at the American Jewish Committee (AJC) in June 2021, where they assisted in creating a presentation on antisemitism and attended meetings related to legislation affecting the Jewish community.

During their time at Arizona State University from August 2018 to May 2022, Emily worked as a Front Desk Assistant and a Resident Assistant. In both roles, they ensured a safe and engaging residential experience for students, built relationships, and organized events.

Lastly, Emily worked as a teacher at Temple Emanuel from July 2020 to June 2021, where they contributed to the educational development of students.
