VP, Advisory Americas at ISS

Stephanie is a Vice President on ISS Corporate Solutions’ advisory team, where she leads the Northeast region and provides support to public companies in the U.S. and Canada on a range of corporate governance matters. Before joining the ICS team, Stephanie worked at A.T. Kearney’s Global Business Policy Council, the world’s #3-ranked for-profit think tank, advising C-suite clients in both public and private sectors on a number of geopolitical, economic, social, and technological issues and their impact on the global business environment. She also has experience as a political risk analyst.

Stephanie has a B.A. from Hamilton College, where she captained the women’s ice hockey team, and a M.A. from American University’s School of International Service. She also studied international security and intelligence at Cambridge University in the UK.
