Chano Sandager Lauritsen is an experienced executive with a strong background in commercial development and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Commercial Development & Commercial Excellence at ISS A/S since January 2021, Chano has established a new function responsible for commercial strategy and data analytics, overseeing a growing team. Prior to this role, Chano held the position of Vice President at ISS Facility Services - Americas, managing strategy, M&A, marketing, and communications across North and South America. With previous experience at ISS A/S in group strategy, A.T. Kearney in management consulting, and Novo Nordisk in business development, Chano has developed a robust skill set in strategic planning and execution. Chano holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
