Filip Rejch is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in architecture, engineering, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity Architecture and Design at ISS A/S, Filip is a key member of the leadership team responsible for defining cybersecurity principles and reference architecture, supporting digital transformation, and aligning cybersecurity goals with the company's strategy. Previous roles include InfoSec Architecture & Engineering Director at Discovery Inc, Cybersecurity Architect at Orange Polska, and SOC Manager/Product Owner at T-Mobile Polska, where Filip managed teams and developed comprehensive security solutions. With extensive experience in both operational and advisory capacities, including roles at Microsoft, Filip possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity across cloud and infrastructure environments. Academic qualifications include multiple postgraduate degrees in IT systems, networks, and information security management from the Warsaw School of Computer Science.
