Zachary Hawkins

Zachary Hawkins is an experienced educator and media professional, currently serving as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher at Iredell-Statesville Schools since July 2022. With a background in sales and social media marketing at Conover Hardware since September 2019, Zachary also held various roles in the broadcasting industry, including Assistant Operations Manager and Morning Show Host at Foothills Radio Group, LLC from June 2017 to July 2019. Earlier experiences include positions at Lowe's Companies as a cashier, Curtis Media Group as a promotions assistant, and WASU as a production intern and radio DJ. Zachary holds a Graduate Certificate in Middle Grades Education, earned from Appalachian State University in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media/Broadcasting, obtained in 2016 from the same institution.
