Mohamed Salah, PMP, MBA, serves as the PMO Lead and Senior Project Manager at IST Networks since December 2020, overseeing multiple Contact Center projects utilizing CISCO and Genesys Chatbots, while collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at CONNECT Professional Services, managing CISCO Network, Collaboration, and Security Projects; as Bidding & Pre-Sales Section Head at Alkan CIT, where responsibilities included managing bid production and producing proposal documentation; and as Project Manager at PrimaComm, where deployment of infrastructure networks was managed. Mohamed Salah holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from the Modern Academy for Engineering & Technology, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
