Chithra Damodaran

Chithra Damodaran is a Senior Delivery Manager at iSteer since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and delivery. Prior to this role, Chithra operated as a Professional Freelancer from April 2020 to February 2022, focusing on teaching Python, IGCSE A and AS level Mathematics, and statistics. From January 2018 to February 2019, Chithra served as Offshore Delivery Head at HCL Technologies, managing offshore development for an Australian bank, coordinating with various teams to ensure client deliverables were met, and implementing Agile delivery methodologies. Chithra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
