Guido Charosky is a seasoned expert in design and innovation, currently serving as the Co Founder and Innovation Director of Drop, an experience innovation consultancy in Barcelona. Since 2015, Charosky has also been the Innovation Lab Director and a lecturer at ESADE Business & Law School, specializing in innovation and design thinking within various MBA programs. As a co-founder of Beblau Design, Charosky focuses on providing smart tech solutions for digital nomads. With a robust academic background, Charosky leads the Innovation Strategies & Entrepreneurship Master’s program at IED Istituto Europeo di Design and has contributed to multiple design projects in collaboration with renowned brands. Previous experience includes leadership roles in user experience design at HP and design management at Loop Business Innovation. Charosky holds a PhD in Innovation from UPC School and several advanced degrees in design and business management.

For more than fifty years, the Istituto Europeo di Design has been operating in the fields of education and research in the disciplines of design, fashion, visual communication and management. Today, the IED is a constantly expanding international network that issues first-level academic diplomas and organises three-year courses, Masters courses, continuous professional development and advanced training courses. It is spread over nine cities—Milan, Turin, Venice, Cagliari, Florence, Rome, Barcelona, Madrid and São Paulo—and thirteen locations which occupy more than 50,000 square meters of space.
