Melanie McDonald is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business development and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at ISX since June 2023, Melanie leads the development and growth of ISX Tours both locally and internationally. Concurrently, since October 2019, Melanie has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Orangetheory Fitness Canada, delivering specialized fitness training and promoting the services of the organization. Previous roles include Business Development Consultant at PEO Canada, focusing on supporting SMEs, and Business Development Manager at Bounced Inc., where adoption goals were exceeded. Additional experience encompasses coaching at the Toronto Swim Club and leading swim clinics, alongside a solid educational foundation with a B.Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Vancouver Island University.
