Frank Toney has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frank began their career in the US Army, serving as a Field Artillery Officer for five years from 1999 to 2004. Following their military service, they joined Raytheon in 2004 as a Senior Systems Engineer and held this position until 2007. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Business Development at Raytheon, where they stayed until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Frank held the position of Manager, Cost and Schedule Control at Raytheon. In 2010, they joined ISYS Technologies as a Program Manager, where they currently work.
Frank Toney attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Colorado State University from 2012 to 2014.
