Jason Collins has extensive work experience in roles related to training, exercises, operations analysis, testing, and engineering. Jason began their career in 2015 as a Mission Payload Engineer in the United States Air Force. In 2016, they joined Boecore, Inc. as a Systems Test Engineer, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Test Director at Lockheed Martin. In 2019, they joined Qualis Corporation as an Operations Analyst, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Chief Training and Exercises at ISYS Technologies.

Jason Collins attended Colorado Christian University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
