Roger Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Roger started their career at Sandersons as an Operator/Programmer in 1968 and later worked at CSC (Computer Services Centre) as an Account Executive. In 1974, they joined CSC Nigeria as a Senior Consultant, where they provided bureau services for share registration to Barclays Bank and ICON Merchant Bank. In 1979, Roger founded Systems and Accounting Services Limited and served as the Managing Director, developing a commercial suite of application packages for microcomputers.
In 1993, they joined Jobstream plc. as a Senior Consultant and successfully implemented a recommendation to employ a direct sales force, resulting in increased new business revenue. From 1995 to 2005, Roger worked at Microgen plc. (formerly Lynx plc.) as the Sales and Marketing Director, where they rebranded products, developed marketing strategies, and achieved increased new business each successive year.
In 2005, Roger founded ITA Consultancy Limited and assumed the role of Founder & Director. In 2006, they joined Touchstone (C.I.) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Touchstone Group plc., where they acted as the Head of Sales and Marketing, responsible for rebranding products, developing marketing strategies, and achieving record new business year on year.
Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated a strong track record in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, leading to significant business growth and success.
